Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals are important milestones in our lives, and these are times when many people feel that they would like to mark the occasion with a Church ceremony of some kind.

Baptisms
The birth or adoption of a child is a moment for celebration and we are delighted to share the special occasion with you. Baptism is a sign of God’s love which comes to us without any ‘strings attached’, we are just invited to receive this gift of love.
Baptisms usually take place in the Sunday morning service and we would be pleased to meet with you personally to plan the service.

Weddings
The URC affirms the sacredness of marriage and recognizes it as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. The URC holds that marriage is a gift from God, a covenantal relationship, and a reflection of the love between Christ and the Church.

Funerals
Through funerals and services of thanksgiving, our church offers support to families and friends faced with the loss of a loved one.
Please contact us, and we can offer you support and help you to plan a funeral that reflects the life of the deceased and their individual circumstances.
